• Develop A Business That You Love That Also Brings You Wealth

Entrepreneurship means you own your life.
That’s why I’m here.

There are two situations when you will get the most from working with me.  The first is when you want to stop working for ‘the man’ and have a business idea, but you’re not sure how to start.  This is a long term relationship called Gold-Level Coaching which includes daily Voxer access to me in addition to the traditional two monthly coaching sessions.  You’ll learn to harness your passion toward building good entrepreneur habits and build your custom business tool kit.

The second situation is when you’ve been working on a business you love but you can’t seem to stop the hamster wheel.  Every day seems like a scramble.  One such client told me that if she were to get ten new clients in a week she would panic instead of rejoice.  For some women, Gold-Level Coaching is perfect, but other women just need to break through their blocks in one intense VIP Day.  I’ve also had clients use this program to develop a business plan, or build out their website and social media.

“Before I met with Veronica I was super overwhelmed with the scope of all that starting my own business entails.  I knew I had a great idea but didn’t know how to proceed.  Veronica listened carefully to my vision and gave me thoughtful suggestions for how to start.  She helped me to tailor the big picture as well as the practical steps to get there.  She offered suggestions that I never would have come to on my own.  I left feeling much more confident and capable with a clear idea of what to do next.  She also offered wonderful advice on how to develop an affordable website and how to tailor my language for the online world.  Her passion for her work was contagious.”

There is an extra step for us LGBTQ entrepreneurs — the decision to be out (or not) in your business.  Not only that, but if you choose to be out, you have to decide in what way, and what does it look like.  This can be nerve wracking, depending on your industry, and it’s best to work with a coach who has experienced this decision making.

Why women?

I have had three business mentors, all men.  Though they have provided valuable insight into the growth of my business, there is an eventual disconnect in their experience.  For example, I’ve experienced some weird chauvinism, and they can’t totally relate.  I chose to work with women to help bridge that gap, and be someone who has their back.

Will you work with men?

How do I know you’re for me?

I spent the first three years of my entrepreneurial career going it alone.  I was too young to have many friends taking the leap, and I didn’t know how to find a mentor.  Oh, and I’m really stubborn, so I just put my head down and figured it out.

Well, sometimes that’s what it takes.  But often, it’s really nice to have someone show you the easy way around.  I can’t teach you how to do  what you do – that’s your skill – but I can help guide you through the process of starting a business, dealing with first year growing pains, finding the best market or accelerator, and be a sounding board.

If you are tired of going it alone, want someone who will not only listen but help you work through a challenge, and wish to do so free of judgement, you’re in the right place.
