We work with our corporate partners to ensure an inclusive workplace for all, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.
Work one on one with Veronica to demystify acronyms and pronouns, develop awareness, and build growth oriented systems for those identifying as LGBTQ+ in your workplace so team members feel comfortable with leadership and can perform to the best of their ability.
An internal / external approach. We start with an in depth review of onboarding practices, internal messaging, and culture to ensure an inclusive experience for employees. We then review your outward focused messaging to ensure sincerity in marketing to the LGBTQ+ community and avoid ‘Rainbow-Washing‘.
An energetic and welcoming half- or full-day training on LGBTQ+ issues, identities, and workplace engagement, that provides a ‘no question is wrong’ space for employees and leaders who desire to be more inclusive but don’t know where to start. With the goal of greater inclusion, team collaboration, and employee support.
